Friday, February 16, 2024
9:00 am: Packet Pick Up.
10:00 am: Shuttles start and Super D open practice begins for Super D and DH.
1:15 pm: Packet PickUp and registration close as we need to time the DS race.
1:30 pm: Dual Slalom race. 
3:30 pm: Packet PickUp and registration re-open.
4:00 pm: The last Shuttle goes up for open practice and registration closes.
5:21 pm: Sun sets.

Saturday, February 17, 2024

7:30 am: Packet Pick.
8:00 am: Shuttles start and open practice begins.

9:00 am: Rider meeting at the registration area for Super D racers only.

9:15 am: All Super D racers are shuttled to the start for their 1st of 2 runs.

10:00 am: Super D run 1 begins and goes by categories. (E-Bikes 1st, followed by Pro, then Category 1, Category 2, Category 3 and Juniors).

12:30 pm: Cut off time for start of 2nd run.

2:00 pm: Super D awards ceremony (this is an estimation).

4:00 pm: DH packet pick-up closes and the last shuttles go up.
5:22 pm: Sun sets.

10:30pm: DH Start list published.

7:00 am: Special Shuttle and practice run for 6-10 only. 
8:00 am: Shuttle service for open practice begins.
8:30 am:  DH race for the 6-10 and beginner 11-14 starts.
9:00 am: DH race for the 6-10 and beginner 11-14 ends.
9:00 am: The last shuttle for the DH open practice goes up.
9:00 am: Downhill racer meeting in the vendor area.
9:30 am: DH course is closed for practice.
9:45 am: DH Starts for the Elite 6-10 boys and Beginner 11-14.
10:00 am: DH starts for all others (Juniors, Category 3, Category 2, Category 1, Open with Pros going last)
12:30 pm: DH race ends.
2:00 pm: Downhill awards ceremony (this is an estimation).
5:23 pm: Sun sets.
