7:00 am: All registered racers receive an email with the racecourse maps and other details such as packet pick-up, parking, etc.

If you sign up after 7:00 am on Thursday, your confirmation email will include the check-in instructions.

 

Friday, January 17, 2025

8:30 am: Event check-in & race plate/zip ties pick up

10:00 am: Shuttle service begins.

4:00 pm: Last Shuttle goes up for open practice and packet pick-up closes.

4:51 pm: Sun sets.

Saturday, January 18, 2025

7:30 am: Packet Pick.

8:00 am: Shuttle service begins.

9:00 am: Rider meeting at the registration area for Super D racers only.

9:15 am: All Super D racers are shuttled to the start for their 1st of 2 runs.

10:00 am: Super D run 1 begins and goes by categories. (E-Bikes 1st, followed by Pro, then Category 1, Category 2, Category 3 and Juniors).

1:00 pm: Cut off time for start of 2nd run.

2:00 pm: Super D awards ceremony.

4:00 pm: DH packet pick-up closes and last shuttles go up.

4:52 pm: Sun sets.

9:00pm: DH Start list published.

Sunday, January 19, 2025

7:50 am: 6-10 beginner course race meeting at shuttle pick-up.

8:00: 6-10 age and 11-14 easier course MUST be on the 1st shuttle at 8:00 am.

Downhill Mike will be there to make sure all racers for this short course are on this shuttle.

8:00 am: Shuttle service for open practice begins.

8:30 am:  DH starts for the 6-10 age bracket and the beginner 11-14 only.

9:00 am: Open Practice ends.

9:00 am: Rider meeting at the registration area for DH racers, start times posted online.

9:45 am: DH starts for all others (Juniors, Category 3, Category 2, Category 1 with Pros going last)

Noon: DH race ends.

1:00 pm: Downhill awards ceremony.

4:53 pm: Sun sets.
