2:15 pm: All registered racers receive an email with the racecourse maps and all other details.

Friday, March 1, 2024
9:00 am: Packet Pickup.
10:00 am: Shuttles start and open practice for all begins.
1:30 pm: Dual Slalom race. 
3:00 PM: DS race ends.
4:00 pm: The last Shuttle goes up for open practice and registration closes. DS awards ceremony.
5:35 pm: Sun sets.

Saturday, March 2, 2024
7:30 am: Packet Pick-Up.
8:00 am: Shuttles start for open practice for SD and DH.
9:30 am: Super D race meeting (this is where you can ask questions). 
9:30 am: Shuttle for all Super D racers to their start of run 1 of 2.
10:00 am: Super D race starts and goes by categories in this order, Pro E-Bikes, Pro/Open, Amateur E-Bikes, Category 1, Category 2, Category 3, then Juniors last.
10:00 am: DH Shuttles re-start.
Super D racers should head back to their start for run #2
3:00 pm:  Super D awards ceremony.
4:00 pm: Last shuttles go up.
5:36 pm: Sun sets.

Sunday, March 3, 2024
7:00 am: Shuttle service and open practice begin.
8:00 am: 6-10 DH racers must be on the 8:00 am shuttle.
8:30 am: 6-10 beginner DH race starts.
9:30 am: DH Practice is closed and the course must be clear.
9:45 am:  DH starts for the 6-10 Elite.
10:00 am: DH starts for all others (Juniors, Category 3, Category 2, Category 1, Open with Pros going last)
12:30 pm: DH race ends.
1:30 pm: Downhill awards ceremony for today, overall, and the Team Challenge.
With the extreme winds, we will do the awards ASAP.
