All registered racers will receive an email with specifics on parking, itinerary, awards, and  BLM/DOI concerns.

Saturday, December 11, 2021: 

7:30 am: Check-in at the Late-Night Parking lot.

(if your registration was transferred from the previously postponed Blue Diamond race and you need the 1-day license, your paperwork has been filled out. We will just need a quick signature and to collect the $10 for the 1-day license. Cash or credit cards will be accepted.

8:30 am: Racer meeting at the Cottonwood Valley Rd parking lot.

​

8:45 am: Start your transfer to the start of stage 1 from the Cottonwood Valley Rd parking lot.

This is a 4-mile climb gaining over 1,000 feet of vertical on a loose double-track dirt road. This climb can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 1/4 hours.

10:00 am: Race starts with pros, followed by Category 1, Category 2/3, and Juniors, and is a Show n Go format for stages 2 and 3.

​

11:30 am: The last racer will begin stage 1 around this time.

​

2:00 pm: Awards ceremony at the Bike Outpost (formerly McGhie's) in Blue Diamond.

Beverages included (beer and soft drinks).
